Description
Our recently renewed Countryhouse is made up of 3 independent apartments.
The first is 130 sqm and has twhree bedrooms one large living with large kitchen and two bathrooms with shower and it may receive up to 7 people.
The second is 70 sqm and has two bedrooms one living with kitchen area and a bathroom with shower and it may receive up to 5 people,
The third is 65 sqm and has one bedroom a large living with kitchen area and a bathroom with shower and it may receive up to 4 people.
The House is placed in the country close to a chestnut wood from which you can see a fantastic landscape. For relaxing a private walk path may bring you in the wood up to the the private vineyard and to the small river close to the house.
A really nice 1000 sqm garden is also available for enjoying nature as well as a garden grill for great barbeques.
An external jacuzzi pool for 4 people is also available.
The location of the House is extremely strategic if you want to visit the wonderful centre of Italy.
As you will see in google maps, from Acquapendente there are several places to visit in a small range of km:
- South Tuscany (all Siena territory - Val d'Orcia, Montalcino, PIenza, Pitigliano, etc. etc.)
- Umbria (Orvieto, Perugia, Trasimeno lake)
- Bolsena lake
- Amiata Mountain
- Natural park of Monte Rufeno offers natural walks and mountain bike paths
But moreover with 1 hour and a half you can reach Rome, Siena, Florence as well as the Tuscany seaside.
If you want we can also provide roots and places to visit close to the House according to your interests.
