Description
In the immediate vicinity of the seaside resort of Casal Velino Marina and surrounded by huge green spaces (attention, equipped and exclusively) stands the elegant and recently built ' Villa Rita '; The central body of the Villa is distributed on three different levels. On the ground floor is located the huge dining room, the kitchen and the pantry, besides a first bathroom (no shower). The living area is a wonderful Sun terrace of approx. 70 sqm with views of the ancient Saracen Tower of Velia.
On the first floor, in the sleeping area, we find the first two double bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds) in advance from a hallway with a cloakroom and served by a bathroom with shower. Next, on the same terrace there is a third, larger room, with double bed and bunk bed and with a well finished, elegant bathroom with walk-in shower. On the second floor where you need more spaces there is a comfortable and equipped terrace which anticipates a Studio which is also equipped with bathroom and kitchenette.
To complete the structure there is a large and comfortable annexe with kitchen, living room with sofa bed, three double bedrooms located directly on the stunning swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Around the pool are outdoor showers, hot and cold, and a convenient wet bar for exceptional and fun pool parties.
The facility is equipped with convenient private parking fenced and shaded and children's playground with slides, swings etc.
On request and with charge there is the possibility of linen and final cleaning. The beds are the most 10 total 5 available upon request.
