River View is a delightful self catering three bedroom holiday home on the edge of Innerleithen in the beautiful Scottish Borders. We have a flexible approach to occupancy and will adjust our rates for 2, 4 or 6 guests.

Overlooking the River Tweed and the hills of the Southern Upland Way, River View sits on the outskirts of Innerleithen and is perfectly situated to take advantage of the many leisure and cultural activities available in and around the town. All rooms and deck have great views of the surrounding hills. River View is close to the famous 'Inners' downhill bike track and the cycle path to Glentress and Peebles.
Just a five-minute walk to local shops, bars and restaurants, the house makes a great base for walkers, mountain bikers, golfers, anglers and history and art lovers. As well as being surrounded by beautiful countryside, grand historic houses, stunning gardens and a wide variety of sporting facilities, River View is only 29 miles from the centre of Edinburgh, Scotland's magnificent capital city.
Ideal for groups of friends and families, the house sleeps two, four or six guests on the first floor in a double room and two twin rooms. The ground floor has a large entrance hall, living room, dining room, kitchen and spacious shower room. For disabled guests (or infirm guests unable to manage stairs), River View has level access throughout the ground floor and the dining room can be rearranged to provide a bedroom with a full size double bed.

“Incredible”
I was blown away by the location and the house itself is a home from home (if only my house was as nice!). Everything we needed and more for our stay. Extremely comfortable and well kept and the view from the back is insanely beautiful. Beautiful river walks within minutes of the front door. Quiet but plenty of shops and other essentials just up the road. Amazing, would love to come back. Thank you xx

“Stunning, comfortable, well specced holiday home A++”
A fantastic property in a stunning location with all the facilities you could ask for to ensure your holiday is as comfortable as possible. Whether you are going for a family, mountain biking, golfing or rambling break this property will not disapoint. There wasn't a single complaint from any of the people in our mountain biking group with the house being very comfortable even with all six of us staying. Some places advertise for six people but it's an afterthought where as this easily housed all of us and all our gear. The welcome pack was greatly appreciated having some essentials when we arrived and even had some extra goodies that were not expected. The owners made sure that we were well informed throughout the booking process and during the stay helping us with any enquiries that we had and giving us some pointers for the local area. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

“Very comfortable holiday home”
Enjoyed a very good week at River View. A very comfortable home with lots of space and everything we needed to make it feel like home. Loved the wet room and the view from the lounge and deck area is amazing. River View is in an excellent spot to explore the Borders and everything it has to offer, we particularly like to visit stately homes/gardens. Willie and Chris are excellent hosts and are on hand for anything you need. Hope to return in the future.
