Exclusive, holiday, retreat apartments in Malta's most in the most fashionable area of Sliema just one minute off Sliema promenade. Not only they are a bolt hole in the sun, but this newly finished block of rental apartments offer something minimalistic but modern when it comes to decor. The aim for these holiday retreats is to utterly have a relaxed and calm environment with none of the clutter and fuss of a main home, thus a feel of a smart and comfortable retreat..

Each apartment differs from the other but yet all of them reflect the sunny side of our Maltese Island as all of them are airy and very bright. Each apartment provides a sense of cleanliness, tranquillity and comfort.

The block is set on 5 floors having 2 apartments on each floor the top most ones having seaviews of Sliema Ferry and Manuel Island.

This particular apartment is on the 4th floor served with lift. At the entrance it has a spacious living area leading to the dining/kitchen area where it leads to a glass door opening, leading to a sizeable terrace with seaviews of Sliema. The terrace comes complete with a Jacuzzi and with outdoor seating area for 4 people. This space is ideal to spend a relaxed day in the sun or else for a fresco candle light dinner. The kitchen is also fully equipped and is ideal for preparing own meals and easy cooking.

This apartment has further 2 bedrooms: The master bedroom with one double bed and en-suite and another bedroom with two single beds. Also, the apartment has another family bathroom. Both bathrooms differ from each other as one has a bath tub and the other a shower closure. Both bedrooms come with wall hung air conditioning. Wifi and cable tv come on complementary basis. This apartment fits the bill for all those who are after a car free holiday, sightseeing, combined with swimming and good food! When night falls Sliema's bars and restaurants are relaxed and mellow in mood with a cosmopolitan feel.

Payments and security deposit are paid through this website. The security deposit will be refunded by the website up to 10 days after check out.

Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00amhowever if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.

Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities

- 150kWh for 2-bedroom apt

free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charged will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.

Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.

Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.

Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.

We will meet you on your arrival and we'll be happy to give you tips for making your holiday an unforgettable experience. We can also organise airport transfers. Access to all the area of the apartment. The whole apartment will be rented and the property is private and not shared with any other tenants. A Bus Stop is close by, only a few meters away from the apartment. No car is necessary, the apartment is walking distance to any amenity. For those of you opting to rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and the nieghbouring ones.
