This amazing vacation villa is located in the prestigious area of Malmok, only steps away from the beautiful Malmok beaches. In fact, a short 3 minute walk and you are at Boca Catalina Beach!

Lovingly renovated, this vacation villa is not only modern and serene; it also gives you the ultimate beach vibe that you’re looking for when on vacation in Aruba! While Malmok Beach Break Villa is located in the serene area of Malmok, it is only a short 5 minute drive to the hotel area where you will find fine dining, casinos, and night life.

The open floor plan offers you a spacious airy living room with a loft, a European gourmet kitchen, and dining room. Throughout the living room, dining room, and kitchen areas you will find lots of windows and French doors that allow the Caribbean trade winds to flow freely.

All the large windows and French glass doors offer you beautiful views into the tropical backyard with its large wooden deck surrounding the cool blue tropical L shaped swimming pool that invites you to take a dip. Also on the pool deck you will find a half bath with toilet and sink.

The European gourmet modern kitchen offers a 6 burner stove, oven, dishwasher, two-door fridge with water and ice dispensers, as well as a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and hot water maker for tea.

Down the hallway you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed, its grand bathroom with his and her sinks, a walk-in shower with a rain shower, and toilet. The master bedroom also offers a walk-in closet.

Also down the hallway you will find a large second bathroom, also with double sinks and walk in shower, with a rain shower and toilet. You will also find a second bedroom with two twin beds as well.

From the pool deck there is access to a separate third bedroom with two queen size beds. Also the third bedroom has its own bathroom. The villa is equipped with cable TV as well as Wi-Fi.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans and are air conditioned. The living room also has two ceiling fans and is air-conditioned

“Beautiful Villa - Great Vacation”

Beatiful, clean villa steps from Malmok beach. It looks exactly like the pictures, we had zero complaints! We would definitely go back to Aruba and stay here.

We just got back from spending a week at this beautiful house in Aruba. Having a family of six this property accommodated us perfectly. The pictures posted are exactly what you get, a clean, well maintained house. It is in the perfect spot. We walked to the beach to go snorkeling and watch the sunset. Our youngest loved playing with the beach toys provided. We all enjoyed the pool and even spent a day just lounging at home by the pool. Would definitely stay here again.
