Imaginez, vous contemplez les splendides façades gothique et renaissance du Palais du Parlement, et, en arrière-plan, le Massif de la Chartreuse. Certes, il vous aura fallu grimper les quatre étages à pied. Vous goûtez donc d’abord chez nous au spectacle, somptueux de simplicité, de l’escalier à vis XVIIème.

Le parquet du studio répond au bois des poutres et aux vieux skis en bois. Rouge, jaune et donc orange. Confort et accueil : mes deux maîtres mots. Vous êtes bien ?

Il est temps de sortir, vous voilà Place Saint André, au cœur du centre historique de Grenoble. Le quartier est animé et joyeux. Un café, un restaurant, un musée, une exposition, le marché, une course ou simplement une escapade à la Bastille? Tout est à deux pas. Laissez-vous naturellement guider par les montagnes qui surgissent au détour de nos rues.

Petit précis de location :

Grand studio de 32 m2 conçu pour 1 ou 2 personnes, à 3 c'est déjà plus petit.

Immeuble XVIIème siècle: 4ème étage sans ascenseur.

Séjour avec cuisine américaine : 1 canapé-lit 2 pers. 140x200 (vraiment confortable avec son matelas de 18cm d'épaisseur et sa mousse à mémoire de forme), 1 vrai lit 1 pers. 90x200, isolation phonique de la fenêtre.

Salle de bains : douche, radiateur sèche-serviette, lave-linge.

Chauffage électrique (chaleur douce), ventilateurs en été.

Services :

Location pour 3 semaines et plus, sauf cas particulier. Réduction supplémentaire pour un mois. Et encore un peu plus si vous restez au moins deux mois (contactez-moi). Le tarif inclut les charges : chauffage, électricité, eau et télécom.

Ma première priorité est l'entière satisfaction de mes hôtes. Je tiens donc à souligner que les étés à Grenoble peuvent être chauds. Le studio n'a qu'une fenêtre ouvrant sur la place Saint André et ses cafés. Il y a deux ventilateurs (silencieux) dans le studio, mais il peut encore faire chaud. C'est pourquoi je propose une réduction supplémentaire pendant l'été. Au grand bonheur de mes hôtes!

Draps, serviettes de toilette et linge de maison sont fournis. Les lits sont prêts à votre arrivée. Je laisse l’ensemble du linge en double exemplaire au studio.

Et bien entendu un cadeau de bienvenue, selon l'humeur du moment et la saison: fleurs de mon jardin, confiture maison, fruits de saison, noix de Grenoble...

House rules

Thank you to clean the apartment before leaving. However, if you are in a hurry, tired ... you can choose to take the "cleaning" at 30 € and go without worrying sponges and other household products. The building is quiet. Thank you not to organize celebrations at the studio.
