Nearby: the "Bandite di Scarlino" Natural Oasis, an extension of the forest overlooking the sea, the Etruscan area and the mining park "Colline Metallifere", allow interesting cultural and landscape excursions. Response from the owner Buonasera Sig.ra Daphne, siamo dispiaciuti che il vostro soggiorno presso la nostra struttura non sia stato del tutto soddisfacente in quanto teniamo molto alla cura dei nostri clienti.. Doverose sono però alcune precisazioni che riteniamo dover fare: - l'appartamento da Lei prenotato , un bilocale da 4 posti letto (2+2) corrisponde a quello che vi è stato consegnato, (nella nostra struttura non esistono appartamenti quadrilocali) ; alla consegna dell'appartamento avete dichiarato che era carino e di vostro gradimento - l'appartamento come da descrizione è dotato di giardino esclusivo recintato con rete standard , in piu' vi era stato detto che in assenza di altri ospiti avreste potuto utilizzare anche l'altro giardino in comune al blocco abitativo, quindi non è stata fatta nessuna restrizione degli spazi esterni a vostra disposizione. Le ricordiamo che la struttura mette a disposizione degli ospiti un intero campo recintato dove poter far correre in sicurezza i vostri/nostri amici a 4 zampe - riguardo all'inconveniente del piano cottura , si è presentato un piccolo problema riguardante l'accensione automatica , si è risolto subito dandole un accendigas standard con il vostro accordo. Comunque se i disagi descritti erano per voi cosi' evidenti , visto che noi eravamo presenti nella struttura potevate tranquillamente comunicarceli e avremmo trovato una soluzione alternativa insieme. Accettiamo le critiche e le osservazioni fatte perché comunque servono per migliorare il nostro servizio; Siamo rimasti soltanto sorpresi e dispiaciuti del fatto che durante il soggiorno non ci abbiate manifestato il vostro disagio.
