Description

New one bedroom condo with spectacular water views from every room. The décor is modern yet warm. The condo is located on a high floor, it has been fully renovated with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Condado Lagoon, Port of San Juan and Ashford Avenue from all rooms. The water views are breathtaking by day and as spectacular by night when Condado's Ashford Avenue and San Juan come alive. Sit on the balcony's comfortable patio furniture and absorb the surroundings while sipping a cool drink. My condo is centrally located and is within walking distance to many spectacular beaches and dining. It is located just diagonally from the newly built Condado Vanderbilt Hotel, two blocks from the La Concha Hotel and one block from the Ventana al Mar park and Condado beach. You are in the heart of Condado and within walking distance to all. Some of the other local amenities are the hotels, casinos, bars, nightclubs, restaurants and shopping area including Louis Vuitton. Kayak, paddle board and other water sport rentals are available at the lagoon. Supermarkets and pharmacies are also nearby. Public transportation (bus or cab) can take you to Old San Juan. Upon request, my property manager can act as your personal tour guide.

How do damage deposits work?

If Anthony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
