A quite and beautiful place for any couple to enjoy with it's own brand new hot tub. Sunny and clean 400 sq. ft. studio with full kitchen and bath and private covered porch. This lovely studio is located right in the town of Oakhurst and has two bikes provided to tour around town (helmets too). The Niche is set behind a two car garage and has no common walls with the 2 br cute house adjoining it which is occupied by a single gentleman. The Niche is on a raised foundation so lovely views of the surrounding mountains can be seen from the windows. A brand new kitchen has been added with everything you will need to create any meal desired. Studio is very large with 4 poster Queen bed, fireplace, cozy sitting area as well as a dining area. 55 inch flat screen Tv, top 100 cable channels and it's own dedicated Wifi make it a great place to come home to after a beautiful day in Yosemite. The Niche also has an attached private covered deck with a BBQ grill and patio chairs along with a small fenced yard were an approved small dog can stretch their legs. The studio has a lovely fireplace for cozy winter nights along with a wall unit heater/Air conditioner as well as several ceiling fans to keep the niche comfortable regardless of weather. We also just added a small electric fireplace (please only use while there) for added ambiance. Coffee and Tea provided. Come stay at Nature's Neighborhood Niche, you will be glad you did.

If Terri (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
