MY FLORIDA LAKE HOUSE

With about 2,500 square-foot can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. A spacious living room.

The home is professionally designed, with an open floor plan that provides a comfortable flow between the family room, dining room, and fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook that seats 4. The dining room table seats 6.

The roomy master bedroom has a queen bed and a large bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub and windows overlooking the lake.

Also located up stairs is a second bathroom with a shower and there are three charming bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds, The other two bedrooms have a Queen bed in each room. The master bedroom has 1 king size bed and 1 baby crib.

In the back yard there is a raised patio swimming pool overlooking a tranquil lake, ideal for children to play. The back yard is equipped with outdoor furniture, BBQ etc., providing another beautiful space for friends and family to enjoying a meal, a glass of wine, a book, a sunset, or a conversation.

We provide linens, laundry facilities, DVDs, Wi-Fi, picnic supplies, and lots of other resources to make your stay at my Florida lake house hassle-free and fun!

The property is equipped with out door security cameras for your safety and to comply with insurance policy.

The property is 5 minutes from the Donald Reagan expressway we offer a convenient location too: South Beach (30 miles – 45 minutes by car), Key Largo, Everglades and Biscayne National Parks, 35 miles to Miami international Airport, golf courses, universities, shops, entertainment, Alligator Farm, the Homestead-Miami Speedway, the area’s best restaurants and other attractions are close. Activities including snorkeling, air boat rides, skydiving and wine tasting are a short drive away

Response from the owner Due to a family emergency Sarah my doughtier was unable to meet the guest or be there at their departure, I greed that everything was not as usual, Elizabeth and her family where very understanding and cooperative, I offered them to stay longer at not charge to make up for the days they had not swimming pool. We put a new pool and upgrade the TV channel package to offer them more children's programs. Elizabeth left me a message the day of their departure to confirm leaving the house; I never receive any other communication from her or her family, the housekeeper found the glass patio table broken the day they left the house, I was wonder if the glass table broke when the umbrella was left open and tipped the table over from wind or what happen? I did not wanted to bother calling them or complaining about the table, after they were very understanding with the swimming pool issue. No one has vanished, we never received any kind of communication from Elizabeth or her family, I did not see this review until now and by all means Sarah and I are willing to honor a refund, guest like Elizabeth and family deserve it. I really wish they would just phone us or email us first. Never the less they were very respectful, patience and nice guest.
