Situated on the western side of St. Andrews and a five minute drive to the Famous St Andrews Old Course. This apartment forms the ground floor of a modern apartment block. The property has its own main door and has a lovely aspect overlooking landscaped gardens to the front. The apartment has been recently refurbished to a very high order with no detail overlooked and there are quality fittings and furnishings throughout. The property boasts a bright and spacious lounge, a fully fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms, both en-suite with zip and links beds so the rooms can be set as doubles or twins, a further main bathroom. There is also a secure door entry system. Top restaurants, bars and attractions are only a short walk from the property. Getting around

Fairway House is 200 yards from the Ladebraes nature walk which takes you into the town centre, it is a fifteen to twenty minute walk. There is private parking and a garage at the apartment. There is also a bus stop close by with a regular service into the centre of St Andrews. There is a good bus service from St. Andrews bus station if you want to see the surrounding area and Leuchars train station is four miles away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
