Description

This is a 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms condo facing the Marina in front of the Yacht club. There is also a sofa bed that can accommodate another 2 adults. The whole unit sleeps 6 max. This is a 1500 sq.ft. non-smoking corner room condo which includes a full kitchen, wash and dryer, living room, dining room and full size porch. Beach towels are in the unit for use. This is 2 minutes from a mall which includes fast food restaurants like McDonalds, Domino Pizza, Starbucks, fine dining, shopping and grocery store. There is a bus stop right in front of the mall which comes every 15 minutes that can take you along the bay. You are only 10 minutes or 5 miles from the airport. There is a Sam's Club and Super Wal-Mart near by. If you choose to rent a car, there is car rental directly from the property manager along with a private parking spot under the mall. There is a 5 star Paradise Village Resort next door that have a spa, jet skiing, kayaking and several casual/fine dining. There is a hospital and casino nearby. There is two public beach access near by. You also have an option to go to Playa Royale Beach Club for about $13 per adult per day which gives you multiple pools, lounge chairs and beach access which is nearby. The yacht club is in front if you want to go for boat excursion and go to Vallarta Adventure. There is 24 hours security along with a private pool, bocci, putting green and full size outdoor kitchen available to cook or grill. World class golf at El Tigre Golf Course is shuttle away. No safe. Wi-fi available in the lobby and pool. Thanks.

Response from the owner I am sorry. I did not receive any email from you. Did you not speak to Maria about the problem. I called her and she said no issue with the renter. I would have fix this for you.There should be enough supply for six. The place sleeps six. The master bedroom sliding door should have locked. I will have them check on this. As for the other sliding door this have been ran into several times by renters. There is a two public entrance to the beach nearby with s free shuttle to get there or by a boat across the water. I am so sorry. This is a two bedroom two bathrooms with a sleeper sofa. All of the rooms have the same sofa and chairs with a dining room that's seats six. The outdoor seats four like the others.

The security guard is notified of your arrival but he does makes rounds around the property and sometime you will have to wait for him.
