Stilte en ruimte
In het midden van de velden op de rand van de ieperboog vind je Loobeek Farm.
Een prachtige boerderij met vooral veel ruimte om te genieten en te ontspannen in stilte. (5 ruime slaapkamers en 1 heel ruime aparte slaapzolder)
Loobeek Farm was de naam die de Engelsen gaven aan deze hoeve tijdens WO1.
Niets doet vermoeden dat dit de meest bevochten plek van " de eerste slag om Ieper " was.
Loobeek Farm ligt op de as Ieperleekanaal - Langemark, in de zompige weiden rond de grote vijver ontstond de Langemarck mythe.
De vijver en de bunkers in de omgeving zijn de laatste stille getuigen, nu rest nog enkel stilte.
Deze charmante hoeve werd volledig herbouwd.

“our excellent stay”
the location for our family(12) holiday was excellent as something for everyone(ages 7months to 65 years) within a small distance and regarding our hosts Nicole and franklin) pleasant friendly helpful including all the information on the local amenities Franklin was spot with the pizzas don't go for the big ones they ARE to big the place can only have 5 STAR Plus for every thing you need and I don't have enough room to say how excellent things really have been it was clean, comfortable and plenty of room for all and have recommended to friends already so don't miss this accommodation you will regret it Stephen Cozens UK
