Spread out and enjoy your very own sunny six bedroom, four bathroom villa in Windsor Hills Resort. Best of all, it is only two miles to Walt Disney World!

NO REAR NEIGHBOURS! To ensure your privacy, we chose a premium location that overlooks a natural area, not another home or pool.

Professionally decorated with special care to be child-friendly, this home is perfect for families, groups of golfers or friends, relocated executives, business travelers, or even extended family reunions. You will love the sun-filled extended screened lanai with your own private pool and spa! Upstairs you will find three master suites with king-sized beds and two ensuite bathrooms. Also upstairs are two additional bedrooms with two twin beds. On the lower level, the sixth bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom.

All bedrooms have a cable TV with DVD! The family room is equipped with comfortable seating, a 51' large screen cable TV, DVD and VCR, and boombox CD player. With our additional living room, there is plenty of space to spread out. The living room has an additional 32' cable TV with DVD. Movie rentals are available on-site in the clubhouse. We provide Secure Wireless Roadrunner high-speed Internet access and free unlimited long distance and international phone calls!

For those traveling with young children, this is the place for you! We provide a Pack-N-Play playpen, stroller, and highchair free of charge. We have even taken care of basic baby-proofing, like covering outlets and providing a gate for the top of the stairs.

You will love enjoying a leisurely breakfast while the kids splash happily in the pool. Our game room will keep the kids (and adults) busy with professional quality Foosball, Air Hockey, and Ping Pong.

Imagine coming home after a fun-filled day at Disney World or Universal Studios, tucking the kids into bed in their own rooms, and enjoying a late dinner or relaxing in the hot tub with your spouse. No need for the whole family to have 'lights out' at 8 p.m. when the kids go to bed as you would in a hotel.

Many restaurants and shops are within one mile of the house. Groceries, medical clinics, Walmart, and a 24 hour pharmacy are all within minutes. There is golf right next door at beautiful Mystic Dunes. Dozens of other championship golf courses are within 5 miles!

Windsor Hills is a gated resort with 24 hour security. It is filled with family fun, including a huge pool with water slide, hot tub, splash fountain area, sundry shop, fitness center, kid's playground, arcade, putting green, tennis and volleyball courts, and even a movie theatre!

Disney World is less than five minutes from our house. Universal Studios and Sea World are fifteen minutes away. In between, you will find all the shopping and fun you could dream of. Please see our website, 2miles2disney, for information on all of the great area attractions.

We have a wonderful local caretaker who will ensure that the home is ready for your arrival and respond to any needs that arise during your stay. And of course we provide fresh linens and towels, and an expanded starter package of soaps and paper products.
