Description

On a quiet pedestrian street nestled in the heart of the city centre, Arzak is the ideal apartment for an unforgettable holiday in San Sebastian. Literally a stones throw from almost everything, you wont need to use a car or even public transport. Arzak offers excellent options for getting to know the city on foot.

The apartment Arzak is a first-floor with lift and faces a large interior courtyard. It's located in a completely renovated (2009) 6-storey building. The original stone façade was retained and the interior fully equipped and beautifully appointed throughout. The apartment features oak floors, fully furnished designer kitchen, heating, remote control window blinds, and plasma TV. The large windows in the living room and bedrooms let in plenty of natural light.

The apartment is distributed over 95 square metres of living space. The open plan living and dining area is light, spacious -more than 30 sqm- and airy. This space leads directly on to a 60 sqm terrace. The apartment has three bedrooms, two with a 140 cm double bed (the main one with en suite bathroom) and the other with a 135 cm double bed too.

Step right out the door of your chic apartment and enjoy the highlights of San Sebastián. Everything is convenient from the apartment Arzak's superb location: the Old Town with its famous restaurants and pintxo bars, the gorgeous La Concha Beach (200 metres away), the Kursaal Concert Hall and Conference Centre, Zurriola Beach...

This apartment doesn't have a garage and the parking situation in the area is difficult and expensive. If you're coming to San Sebastian by car we can reserve for you a parking spot at a nearby car park when you make your apartment reservation.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
