Located in the town of Artíes, Val Artíes 1 is a unique holiday apartment, not at all like the traditional rustic Pyrenees mountain rental. The stylish apartment features wood floors and high, wood-beam ceilings set off by exposed metal structures and trim to create a modern extremely attractive combination.

Val Artíes 1 is also equipped with convenient under-floor heating. Entrance is directly to the living room and next to it, the dining room and a designer kitchen. The chimney is located between the living and the dining room. A partition that does not quite reach the ceiling separates the living and the bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed of 150 cms. Indeed, the salon has a sofa bed. Next to the bedroom, the bathroom equipped with a shower. Artíes is one of the most important towns in the Aran Valley, both in terms of architecture and tourism amenities. Artíes boasts some of the valleys best-known restaurants and pintxo (tapas) bars, and together Vielha, the most active and vibrant nightlife. Artíes is located between Vielha and Baqueira Beret (7 km from each).

Val Artíes 1, Val Artíes 2 and Val Artíes 3 are situated one above the other in the same building, making the two apartments perfect for celebrating holidays with groups of family or friends.

The place is nice and newly built but it is showing some much needed maintenance. The bathroom smelled horribly every day and when we told the owner her response was that there was nothing they could… More

We checked the problem of the bathroom with a plumber and he informed the property there wasn't any problem with it, apparently the problem hasn't been solved so we will check it again,and try to solve for good. Regarding the wooden floor, we've already informed the property and somebody is coming to fix it. We can just apologise for the service given. We try to give a good service in all our destinations. We would like to compensate you in any reservation you do in San Sebastian or Baqueira with us, with a 20% reduction on the price. The lacation was great. Very Confortable and clean. The village is wonderful and you can make lots of things. The apartment is perfect for two adults or little families with children.
