Located in the town of Artíes, Val Artíes 2 is a unique holiday apartment, not at all like the traditional rustic Pyrenees mountain rental. The stylish apartment features wood floors and high, wood-beam ceilings set off by exposed metal structures and trim to create a modern extremely attractive combination. Val Artíes 2 is also equipped with convenient under-floor heating.

The apartment is split over two levels. As you enter the house on the main floor, the open plan living room is to the left, bathed in natural light from the cluster of windows. Next to the living room is the dining room and designer kitchen. Between the living and dining room areas is a three-sided fireplace and behind the fireplace, a study. On one side of the living room a stairway leads up to the master bedroom, and on the other side is the second bedroom. The main bedroom on the upper level is separated from the living area with a low-level glass partition wall. The space is also draped with large red curtain to help keep the light out. There is an ensuite bathroom, a 150 cm double bed and a dressing area. The second bedroom, also quite spacious, has two 135 cms beds. Adjacent is a second bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs. Val Artíes 2 and Val Artíes 3 are situated one above the other in the same building, making the two apartments perfect for celebrating holidays with groups of family or friends.

How do damage deposits work?
