Located in the town of Artíes, Val Artíes 3 is a unique holiday apartment, not at all like the traditional Pyrenees mountain rentals with rustic design and furnishings. The stylish apartment features under-floor heating, wood floors and high, wood-beam ceilings combined with exposed metal structures and trim to create a modern attractive, cosy ensemble.

Val Artíes 3 is split over two levels. On the main floor is an open plan living room to the left, and a fully-fitted modern kitchen/dining room to the other side. Between the living and dining room areas is a three-sided fireplace, and behind the fireplace, one of the bedrooms. This room has a bunk bed with a 120 cm bed on the bottom and a smaller 90 cm bed on top. On one side of the living room a stairway leads down to the master bedroom. On the other side is another bedroom. The main bedroom on the lower level features an ensuite bathroom and a 180 cm king-size bed. A door separates the dressing room and bathroom. The third bedroom has two 90 cm beds. Adjacent is a second bathroom. The contemporary white bathrooms are highlighted warm and inviting wood floors. Both bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs.

Val Arties 1,Val Artíes 2 and Val Artíes 3 are situated one above the other in the same building, making the two apartments perfect for celebrating holidays with groups of family or friends.

"Feelfree" agency staff so friendly and helpful. Nice rooms, beautiful and modern bathrooms, living room and kitchen so confortable and well equipped. Perfect location at glamorous Arties village, just 10 minutes by car to get the ski experience.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
