Val de Ruda Luxe 1 is a luxury apartment in a newly built residential complex, "Urbanización Ruda",  located at the foot of the ski runs at 1500 metre elevation mark in Baqueira. The apartment is right beside the gondola exit, making ski run access unsurpassable.Val de Ruda Luxe has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have bunk beds and a single bed. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a shower and the other bathroom has a tub. There is also a large dining and living room with fireplace and fully fitted open plan kitchen. The living room leads out to a cosy terrace with fabulous views of the mountains of Baqueira.Val de Ruda also offers a parking space and heated equipment room within the building (included in the price). From the equipment room a lift takes you directly to the gondola. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
