Description

The apartment Okendo is situated in one of the best areas in San Sebastian, next to La Zurriola beach, the Old Town and a mere 2 minutes’ walk from the main commercial area in the city. Apart from its location, it is worth mentioning the light and spacious that it enjoys.

This is a recently refurbished apartment (July 2017) with high ceilings, beautiful restored old wooden floors and a spacious 40 square metres lounge with amazing views over the river. On one side of the lounge there are two large windows, one of them French style which gives direct access to the small terrace.

The apartment Okendo has four bedrooms. Three of them have double beds while the fourth bedroom has a custom Campeggi sofa bed for two. The total capacity of the apartment is 8 guests.

The main bedroom at Okendo is especially spacious and enjoys astonishing views. It has a double bed of 180 cm, a dressing area with fitted wardrobes and a modern en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower.

The second bedroom, also very large, has a double bed of 150 cm and a spacious wardrobe. The third bedroom also has a double bed of 150 cm while the fourth room has a sofa bed that and a TV.

These three bedrooms share the two other bathrooms in the apartment. One of them has been equipped with a bath while the other has a shower.

The totally independent kitchen is a new custom designed Poliform Varenna imported from Italy, it is spacious and perfectly equipped with electrical appliances and a large table and chairs. The dining table and chairs in the living room are custom ordered and handmade near San Sebastian.

The apartment Okendo also offers high-speed Wi-Fi Internet system. It doesn't have a garage and the parking situation in the area is difficult and expensive. If you're coming to San Sebastian by car we can reserve for you a parking spot at a nearby car park when you make your apartment reservation.

Okendo is the ideal accommodation for a large family o group of friends as it has a capacity for up to 8 guests. If what you are looking for is comfort, space and unbeatable location, Okendo can be the perfect holiday apartment for you and your party.

It's hard to find a bad location in San Sebastian, and this was no exception. It's close in to the beach and to Parte Vieja (Old Town, where you can find all the pinxtos bars). The apartment was pristine, and had the advantage of being large enough to hold all 9 of us. As with most places in Spain, the elevator was tiny, so make sure everyone in your party can either manage the stairs, or isn't claustrophobic. If I go again--and I'd like to!--I'd probably pick a venue with a beach view, but I really did enjoy this space.

Perfect flat with 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom (one for the main bedroom, 2 other on corridor). The picture on thé web is really the true quality of that appartment. All the furniture is ok. We enjoy our trip !

How do damage deposits work?
