Apartment located on the main avenue with plenty natural light.

The area of the flat is 70m2.

The living area has cable TV with more than 50 Channels, Wi-Fi is also available in the entire apartment. There is a balcony with chairs and a table to enjoy the view.

Kitchen facilities include a 4 ring gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle and a microwave, besides cutlery and pans. It is also equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking. Washing machine and dishwasher machine are also available.

The flat has a bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 adults or 2 children which is connected to another room, separated by a curtain, with the capacity for 4 single beds. A terrace is also available, which can be ideal for pet owners.

Linen and towels are provided.

The bathroom has a hot water shower.

Getting around

You can reach Lisbon's city centre in 20 minutes, Cascais Village in 15 minutes and Estoril's Casino in 10 minutes, all this by train. If you wish to explore Sintra’s historic patrimony you can take the bus from Cascais or Estoril and it will take you about 20 minutes. Parede's beach, known for its muddy clays with therapeutic properties, is within 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment, but there are many more fantastic beaches you can choose from.

How do damage deposits work?
