Beautiful Villa with private swimming pool on the exclusive Banyan Estate in Hua Hin. The Villa is available for 8 guests and has four separate bedrooms and three bathrooms. All the rooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is well fitted and there is a washing-machine.The covered terrace to the Villa measures 4 by 16 meter and serves for beautiful outdoor dining and leisure it has two fans for some nice evening breeze. The large private swimming pool measures 4 by 10 and is surrounded by a beautiful deck with sunbeds and a sun coveraqe. The tropical garden provides for privace. The Villa, garden and swimming is being maintained/cleaned three times a week. All (bed)linens are available including large towels for the pool area.

The villa also offers a great Video room for separate watching movies or playing games.

Please note that the rate includes normal use of electricity (~60 KwH per day). This generously includes normal use of the air conditioning in the bedrooms during the night and TV room so please switch of the aircons during the day. Within minutes after switching them on at night the rooms are cool so it is absolutely not necessary to keep them cooling during the day. This will consume a lot of electricity and will lift you above the normalised use and any such additional use will be deducted from the deposit against the number of KwH times the price of THB 5,00 per KwH.

Response from the owner We always do our utmost to satisfy the needs of our guests but sometimes equipment may dysfunction. During the “prior to arrival inspection” it was found out that the swimming pool pump got broke (for the first time in 7 years) and was taken out for repair. These things simply can happen. Unfortunately, due to a public Thai Budha holiday, it was only fixed one day after arrival. The good thing is however that, apart from our beautiful private swimming pool, the estate also has a great large public splash pool with beds and a bar. There is therefore a very nice free alternative within 100 meters from the villa for that Monday. Regrettably Fam. Harz did not respond to our e-mails and our attempts to call them during that week to discuss compensation. Apparently if one element does not match up to someone’s expectations it becomes difficult to discover and enjoy all of the nice assets of the villa (that so much of our returning guests do highly appreciate) like the extra bathroom that was created, the separate TV room, the well fitted kitchen, the large terrace with nice furniture and the great swimming pool area with sun loungers. Guests can check out the plan of the house on our website. We would love to see Family Harz back in our Villa in the future to let them appreciate it like all of the other guests we welcomed in the last 7 years.
