Accommodation:Downstairs entrance hall. St.Georges Apartment is situated on the first floor of Market Square Apartments, via a secure entry phone system.
Entrance is in to an open plan living/dining/kitchen area.
Fully fitted Kitchen with fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, oven, integral hob with extractor fan over, microwave, toaster and kettle.Built in washer/dryer.
The flip top dining table comfortably seats 4, but by making use of the window seat, 6 can be catered for.
Living area has a Freeview digital TV, with 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs, , coffee table and 2 nests tables with lamps.
There is electric heating throughout the property. There is a glazed door giving access to a surprisingly private shared outside area.
The two bedrooms are off of the living area. The first bedroom is a twin room with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps. TV
The master bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps and mirror. This room also can access the bathroom via a sliding door.
The fully-tiled shower-room is finished to a very high standard with large shower cubicle, wash hand basin, toilet and bathroom cabinet.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Electricity is included. £50 security deposit required on all bookings.

“Lovely little bolt-hole”
Great spot for being in the centre of Padstow where you can retreat to when the crowds and bustle of Padstow get too much. The flat has everything you need. V clean and modern. Cleaner/housekeepers excellent so no worries about cleanliness as they ‘fog’ the flat after each person leaves and once again after it had been cleaned top to bottom. Really can’t fault the flat. Will return.
