"Overlook Clubhouse"

Perched on the edge of "Copper Canyon" at Sunset Point in Breck, melt into the tranquil forest and filtered slope views on one side and the stunning vistas over the canyon to the Ten Mile Range to the north! Truly a memory to last a lifetime!!

This property is a study in combining the most modern, natural-finish materials available into a stunning, yet accessible space. Their blend of rustic barn doors and barn wood walls and accents with spectacularly constructed glass shower enclosures, granite counters with modern, graceful fixtures, and custom-made bunks make Overlook' Clubhouse a truly unique experience.

The lowest level is a walk-out, so plenty of light and views everywhere on the property!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
