Description

This spacious modern 3 bedroom beachside apartment situated in the beautiful holiday location of the Town of 1770 (otherwise known as Agnes Water) will ensure your holiday is a very special one. This is one of the rare places on the East Coast of Australia, or indeed, the World, where you can see the sunrise and sunset over the water in the same location.

Located in the Pavillions on 1770 resort, our apartment is a place where you will want to stay time after time! It sleeps 6 people (+2 more via trundles - best ask us if you have more than 6 people) and is fully self contained - so just bring yourselves. Enjoy the luxury of space, a modern interior & superb views.

This top-floor apartment is significantly larger than most 3 bedroom apartments, offers great privacy with a spacious balcony complete with outdoor dining and BBQ. It overlooks the 25 metre pool, tropical gardens, children’s wading pool, heated pool and heated outdoor spa with views to the ocean.

The bedrooms are all equipped with televisions, built in wardrobes and comfortable quality bedding, and there are 2 bathrooms plus powder room. The Master bedroom features a walk in robe, with a large ensuite including spa bath (so don't forget the bubble-bath :-)

The spacious lounge room includes a tremendously comfortable couch, large screen TV, DVD player and stereo system (with cables for your MP3 player). There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer.

We booked this unit for a week through Tripadvisor over Easter. Excellent experience. Telstra only coverage in the 1770/Agnes Water area. Vodafone/Optus is about 1hr away. Positives - Loved the 3-bed… More

Response from the owner Thanks for your response. The apartment was being renovated over the time you were there as advised. It was a bit of a juggle to have it ready and schedule remaining work on your departure. The place has been cleaned numerous times and believe there is no dust left. All windows have been replaced or fixed. Wifi has been ordered and will be offered free as part of the service. Thanks for your feedback.

How do damage deposits work?
