The apartment is not suitable for children under 12 years old. It is suitable for babies up 8 months

The villa can be accessed via two entrances: one on the main coastal road using the elevator and the second situated at the top on the property, which opens onto a pedestrian street.

The property consists of 4 independent, well-decorated apartments

All apartments are equipped with:

Air conditioning in the rooms, wi~fi, fully equipped kitchen (with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, dishes, cutlery, accessories and washing machine)

Klimt house is located on the third floor of the building. It is a large and prestigious apartment where the yellow and green stand out in the spacious living and the bedrooms; beautiful floors with floral motifs and lozenges. Even the unusual railings of the balconies is further striking decorative element.

This apartment has balconies overlooking the sea and in addition has the use of a beautiful garden adjacent to the apartment Escher. The garden is furnished with sun chairs and on the side there is the passage for all guests who want to reach the common gardens located on the upper garden floor

A few miles from the property there is a beautiful and large public swimming pool

The payment for the entrance is directly at the entrance. Shuttle service and beach towels are included in the entrance cost. For more information please contact us.

Price including

Linen and towel; mid-week cleaning (it includes cleaning of bathrooms and the change of linen and towel); only for weekly rentals ;

Any extra change of linen and towel ha an extra cost of €12,00 per person

Electricity/air-conditioning included up 120kwh extra consumption € 0,50 per kwh

Final cleaning €200,00 is due upon arrival in cash. There would be a penalty of an extra €50,00 if the house will be too dirty and untidy and if the garbage will not be respected

Extra cleaning on request: € 17,00 per hour

Late arrivals (after 20.00hrs) and Sunday arrivals are subject to a € 50,00 fee, payable locally to the key holder

The approximate arrival time, way of arrival (by air and/or using a car or public transportation) including flight or train details and contact number needs to be communicated to us by email at least a week before the arrival. This will help us arrange a meeting that addresses all your needs and questions. In case you are delayed, please give us a telephone call to advise the estimated time of arrival.

An historic villa in Amalfi which is detailed in the famous book on the Costiera Amalfitana ~ entitled 'Costa delle Sirene' published in 1867.

In Amalfi, the people refer to the villa as the "Palace" and was purchased in 1943 by the Marquis Francesco Mottola of Amato. Renovated by the heirs which sought to emphasize the architectural beauty of the villa, the airiness of the rooms, and to delight the senses by planning an exquisite garden.

In 2004 the villa was declared a "monument of national interest" by the Ministry of Culture.

It stands on the western side of Amalfi, along the road to Positano, immediately after the luxurious Hotel Santa Caterina. It has a privileged location with a feast of astounding views.

The villa is situated at about 500 meters from the beautiful beach of Duoglio (Lido degli Artisti), which can be accessed via a spectacular descent of steps or by one of many boats that leave from the harbor (10/15 minutes walk from the Villa).

The villa is equipped with all modern comforts, yet retains its elegant aristocratic character, including the fascinating cave that gives access to the elevator.

The spacious interiors and the striking views of the apartments can be enjoyed in all seasons. It is close to many outstanding villages, historic sites and locations ( Ravello, Positano, Emerald Grotto, Paestum, Pompeii, Capri, etc..), offers access to the great cities of of Naples and Salerno, and is ideally situated to enjoy the many attractions and events that the Amalfi Coast can offer.

It is suitable for babies up 8 months ANTS: In our area ants are common and they are ready to come out and above all in the houses with gardens and in warm weather so please make sure to keep the apartment clean. If you need some help to kill them, we suggest you to use some products that you find in the furniture under the sink and please in case you have children be careful on its use.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
