La résidence Kenville, complexe résidentiel sécurisé, ou chaque villa constitue un ensemble indépendant, est un très joli endroit, construit à l'époque où l'architecture laissait encore la place aux espaces verts et au jardin. Aujourd'hui, cette valeur donne tout son charme à notre villa, avec son jardin tropical et sa piscine, havres de paix et de beauté. Notre villa, Kenville 32 offre tout le confort dans une décoration soignée. La villa a été entièrement rénové en 2010 dans un esprit d'écotourisme (chauffe-eau solaire et climatiseurs solaires). La terrasse est ouverte de plein pied sur la piscine et le jardin aux senteurs tropicales, fleuri et entretenu avec soins; les balcons des 2 chambres principales donnent sur la piscine et la plage. L'appartement est idéalement situé, à proximité des stations balnéaires de Péreybère et de Grand Baie (le Saint Trop' mauricien). Tarifs dégressifs selon la durée. Notre appartement est idéal pour une famille de 2 à 6 personnes. Prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse les pieds dans l'herbe en donnant du pain aux oiseaux qui viennent le quémander ... c'est comme vivre dans un Eden. La baie de Bain Boeuf offre un spectacle de toute beauté à toutes heures de la journée. Elle est très attrayante pour faire du 'goggling' en apnée avec masque dans 1,5 m d'eau, ou lancer sa canne. Un 'mari bon bain' comme on dit à Maurice, est disponible à 200 m de ballade à pied à gauche le long de la plage. Un arrêt de bus se trouve à 150 m devant le complexe qui vous mènera et vous ramènera pour une modique somme (moins d'un €) vers les autres plages de rêve de Maurice.
