Accommodation:
Downstairs entrance hall. Prideaux Apartment is situated on the second floor, via a secure entry phone system, this apartment is arranged over 2 floors. Entrance is in to an open plan living/dining/kitchen area.Fully fitted Kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, integral hob with extractor fan over, microwave, toaster and kettle. Built in washer/dryer.The dining table comfortably seats 4. Living area has a Freeview digital TV, with 2 seater sofa, 3 armchairs, and a nest of tables with lamp.
The master bedroom is off of the living area. The master bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps and mirror. This room also can access the bathroom via a sliding door.The fully-tiled shower-room is finished to a very high standard with large shower cubicle, wash hand basin, toilet and bathroom cabinet.
The second bedroom is accessed via a staircase leading off of the kitchen area. This delightful twin room is in the eaves of the property and has drawer storage, bedside tables and lamps. It has it's own wet room with wash-hand basin, toilet and electric shower.
Bed linen is provided. Electricity is included. £50 security deposit required with all bookings.

“Stunning place ideal apartment”
I spent a week with my son and dog in this lovely spacious apartment was nice going out in the day and relaxing in the evening in the harbour without having to drive. The only thing I would say is about the parking was very busy in the day but around 6.00 in the evening emptied out a bit so enjoyed an early morning stroll then out for the day visiting the local beaches manybto choose from. Lots of restaurants and pubs and very dog friendly PERFECT

Prideaux 4 is ideal for Padstow amenities, the harbour and local beaches. The accomodation is clean, comfortable and well-arranged for convenience. We had a very enjoyable stay.
