Charming bungalows for 2 persons (3rd possible) in the coconut grove, between lagoon lake and mountains; in an archaeological site maohi.endroit favorite for whales manta rays and raptors. Eels sacred. peaceful place with birds by day and the waves at night. (No roosters!) Enjoy your cocktails in late afternoon admiring a beautiful sunset on Mount Tapu, the sacred mountain of Maeva. Ralph will cook excellent food. All dishes (appetizers, entrees and desserts) are homemade and cooked just before serving. We are fortunate to have regular fresh fish supplied by local fishermen. Our meat is an excellent selection of imported New Zealand. We put all our knowledge to prepare meals that reflects gourmet cuisine mixing local and European recipe recipe: tuna tartare, pineapple salad and seafood, breaded fish in coconut sauce fish fillet with vanilla, the list is long deliciously! We parfumons some of our dishes with the famous Tahitian vanilla unique and world renowned taste. Also we produce our own coconut milk and grated coconut from an old method of grating which gives a unique taste that you will not find near. Everything is fresh and mostly organic.

Pour info nous ne sommes pas un restaurant mais une table d hôtes, contrairement aux restaurants nous ne servons que du bio produit sur l'île !! Et malgres ca ,nous vous offrons l'apéro et un menu moins cher que les restaurants, vous etes tres mal renseigné !!! Mais nous sommes tres heureux que vous ayiez apprécié notre paradis.
