Description

Comfortable newly furnished garden cottage. Fully air conditioned and ceiling fans in all rooms. Two bedrooms each with a queen bed. Bathroom with full tub/shower. Open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen. Laundry room with washer/dryer and additional toilet and vanity. Tropical garden of coconut palms, bananas, limes, sour oranges (imperative to making conch salad!), sapodilla, frangipani and poinciana.

How do damage deposits work?

If Jan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
