The apartment consists of 2 independent bedrooms, one converted from a wooden loft, a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom and a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. All bedrooms are equipped with independent air-conditioning, wood floors and antique majolica tiles. The bathroom with shower is clad with Sicilian marble. The restructuring of 2014 provided for the complete renewal of the furniture (beds, wardrobes and kitchen) and new window frames with glass room for a complete acoustic and thermal insulation. The apartment is also equipped with Internet unlimited wi-fi 10 mbps, TV with DVD player, stereo Harman Kardon, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, coffee makers, kitchen utensils, linens and towels. It 'also a small bed for children as shown in the photo at no extra charge. Make it kindly request prior to your arrival if necessary. Situated only 5 minutes walk from Piazza Politeama and 10 minutes from the Massimo theater, allows you to visit all the tourist attractions of the old town as the ancient market and the many monuments that have made famous Palermo as a city of art, without being forced to live in noisy and unsafe areas that could make the stay less enjoyable. The neighborhood is the ultimate that the city can offer in terms of prestige, shopping, safety and nightlife. Offers a wide choice of high quality services including clubs, restaurants and a few meters from home is also a Hammam elegant. Despite being the most chic of the city it is always Palermo, a affascitante city, rich in history and culture, but not quiet neighborhood. As in many other streets in the center there are nightclubs that may create trouble for those light sleepers. To let the neighbors sleep I kindly ask you to follow these guidelines after 11 pm: - Do not make any noise in the balcony - Avoid keeping parties or loud music - Close the door gently No pets allowed And 'possible to smoke on the balcony The check-in after 21:00 are charged at EUR 20 payable upon arrival. Check-in is not possible after 23:30 There are two double bedrooms, one in the loft above the open-plan kitchen / living room with sofa bed, one bathroom with shower and a small laundry with a brand new washing machine, iron and iron board . All bedrooms are equipped with split system A / C, parquet flooring with antique majolica tiles. The 2014 renovation included the replacement of furniture (beds, wardrobes and kitchen) and new windows with double glazing for complete acoustic and thermal insulation. The apartment is only a 5-minute walk to Politeama Square and a 10-minute walk to the Massimo Theatre. This location affords guests ease of access to all of Palermo on foot, if desired, including the old markets of the historic center, the Cathedral and countless other attractions of this fascinating and lively city without the discomfort and the noise of historic center Which might make your stay less pleasant and safe. The area is well known to be the nicest of the city for shops, prestige, safety and night life. Just few meters from home there is Also a Hammam (turkish bath / massage). Despite being the most chic district of the city it is still Palermo, a fascinating city, rich in history and culture, but not famous for being quiet. Within short walking distance you will find: • Security-monitored parking lot • Bars, restaurants and cafes • Supermarkets, grocers and delicatessen • Pharmacies • Bus stops to Mondello • Bus stops to Airport / Birgi airport • Spa / hammam I am sure you will to be nice and respectful guests. Please follow this rules after 11 pm to respect our neighbors: - No noise on the balcony - No parties or loud music - Close the door gently No pets Smoking is allowed on the balcony Late check in fee of 20 euros to be paid on arrival after 9pm No check in after 11:30 pm
