At the edge of the Lake, in the medieval village of Duingt, 12 km from Annecy, enjoy an apartment of charm with private beach.

Large duplex (120 m²) apartment to accommodate 8 to 10 people. Comfortable, fully renovated (March 2009). Large living space: living room, dining room with open fully equipped kitchen. 3 independent rooms. Beautiful view of Lake and mountains.
You can enjoy a private beach with direct access, reserved for the condominium.Bottom sandy, ideal for children.
Private parking.
Bakery, tobacco bar, press to 50 m ideally located, facing the Lake, nearby, bicycle and climbing wall. Watersports (paddle, water skiing...). Rent a bike nearby. The winter stations la Sambuy and le Semnoz 30mn. Station des Aravis (La Clusaz and le grand Bornand) 50 min
