Description

This newly refurbished 3 bed cottage is Ideally situated in the heart of Brighton between the North and South Laines and is three minutes from the station, the seafront and just 1 minute from the Churchill Shopping Centre.

The property consists of a through lounge/diner, kitchen/conservatory and small outside space. On the first floor there is a double bed with space for a single fold-out. Another fold-out bed can be situated on the study/landing open space, that leads to a single bathroom & toilet, whilst on the top floor there is a twin bedded room and the third bedroom containing another double bed.

The property is ideally suited to 6/7 guests but can accommodate 8. Due to the open plan stairs from the ground to the first floor it is not suitable for very small children.

With only one Bathroom & Toilet it can be a challenge for larger parties so please consider this when booking.

PARKING is always the challenge in Brighton. There is an NCP car park a few hundred yards down the road. If you park before 8am you can stay until midnight for £6. after 5.30 it's £6 for the evening. An entire day is £25.

Basically it requires a bit of planning. I normally juggle between these times with a bit of meter parking, there are several spots nearby, 4 directly outside the house If you can find one it's £6 for two hours, free after 6pm and before 9am. I have in the past taken the car from the car park in the evening after 8pm and parked on the double yellows by the house and never received a ticket. You would need to move it back into the car park before 8am though.

You might also try the 'Just Park' App there are a couple of spots not too far away and its always cheaper than the NCP.

There are probably other options, cheaper car parking elsewhere or even just driving out and leaving it somewhere for free for the duration of your stay and get a cab or bus to drop you in the city centre.
