Description

The apartment offers modern and luxurious accommodation that makes the most of its magnificent situation, with its floor to ceiling window in the living area presenting the most amazing views up and down the sea loch to give that "wow factor". Wildlife abounds in the area, with otters, seals, porpoises, eagles and other sea birds spotted most days as guests sit and have their breakfast at their “table with a view”.

Guests are welcome to bring one dog to stay with them in the apartment. Please note that if you are bringing a dog, then there is an additional charge of £25 which is payable on arrival. If you intend to bring more than one dog, we will not be able to accommodate your booking.

There is one double bedroom making the apartment ideally suited to couples. However, it can also accommodate one child of up to 12 years old on a fold-out bed that can be set up for an additional charge of £50 which is payable on arrival.

The apartment has a small private garden with a patio seating area complete with table and chairs. It is entered through this garden, with a ground floor door leading to a staircase that gives access to the first floor accommodation space. There is ample allocated parking and an onsite Type 2 7kW electric vehicle charger is available for guests use with electricity consumed being charged at the prevailing rates.

The apartment is normally let on a weekly basis, but we may offer short breaks during the winter months. Check out our website for availability and pricing of these short breaks.

Getting around

There is a daily bus to Fort William, that can stop just outside the hose to pick you up and drop you off. It leaves around 09:00 in the morning and returns at around 14:30 in the afternoon. However, to fully enjoy the area we do recommend that guests have use of their own car.

Interaction with guest

As the apartment is self contained and separate from the main house, our guests have their own space. Please go straight into the apartment when you arrive and make yourselves at home. We will check on you within 48 hours of your arrival to make sure that everything is as it should be. We will also be on hand to offer advice about the area, so please just ask if you need to find out about anything.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Lynne & Steven (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
