While the Tompkins County Transit bus stops at the end of our driveway hourly, most our guests prefer to have a car.

Response from the owner I’m sorry you smelled a musty oder, I can’t imagine what it was. We book at 94% occupancy rate and out of 86+ reviews I’ve never hear this before. Perhaps all the rain we’ve had in Ithaca this autumn has produced a damp smell but we run a dehumidifier. We have a perfect score on cleanliness and have achieved the status of Superhost. Please contact me and let me know what could have been cleaner and I will inform the cleaning staff. We pride ourselves on providing a spotless environment.

We use a professional cleaning crew so I will check and see what's going on with the bathroom, every surface is clean and sanitized multiple times a week as we are fully booked during the high season.

The Alley House is well represented in our ad and I offered to refund your money before you stayed when you didn't realize there was not separate sleeping accomadations for your son. I did purchase an air bed and pump for him at my expense. The other concerns, refridgerator size, noise, water are new complaints for us...our previous 56 guests have not mentioned these.
