Description

Walk out your backdoor and onto the beach. Fishing, boating or just relaxing by the water. Great location with no homes on either side of you for peace and quiet. Home has tropical theme with bamboo designs throughout.

Three bedrooms with queen beds in two upstairs bedrooms, king bed in downstairs bedroom & inflatable bed that can be used in living room when needed. Living room has High Definition 65" 4K TV with Verizon Cable & Wireless Internet. Stereo has switchable inside surround sound and outside stereo speakers. All 3 bedrooms have flat screen TV's. Hang out on your hammock in style. Large 6 burner BBQ on large patio deck looking out over lake. Downstairs patio with teak table. Play on the long suffleboard table game. Great views of the lake from entire house.

Beautiful kitchen with stone counters and everything you need. Upstairs bathroom has great bathtub with LED lighting & rainfall showerhead. With glass sink and bamboo faucet. Downstairs bathroom has toilet & sink and outside shower on side of house with hot & cold water. Entire house has original oak flooring for a warm feeling throughout. Fullsize Washer & Dryer in downstairs room. One car garage with automatic garage door opener and outside basketball hoop. Extra long driveway that will fit large motorhome.

Walk to historic Main St with great restaurants and antique shops. Local casinos and wineries give you lots to do. Only 50 minutes from the ocean, 1.25 hours to Los Angeles or San Diego. Take long walks along the water's edge. Wheelchair accessible with ramp to front door.
