Grangewood Holiday Cottage.Rosslare Strand, Wexford. This holiday Cottage has an enclosed rear garden, there is a Conservatory and a South facing rear garden. In excellent condition and maintained to a high standard. . Ideal house to rent for a holiday, near the sea, the Golf Course. Childrens play area on site. House in a Cul-de-Sac. Kellys hotel near by. 10 Min from Rosslare harbour ferry. Recreation centre locally with Tennis courts. Crazy golf etc.,Cinema nearby.Excellent Restaurants near. Cinema locally. http://leisuremax.ie/ nearby. Loads to do and plenty of fun for all.

You pay for your electricity as per usage to the owner. . Meter read upon arrival and departure. The electricity cost is deducted from your house security deposit. Provided the house is left in the condition you received it in then the deposit minus electricity will be refunded within 5 working days. An extra camp bed can be made available. What makes this house special, is that I the owner really love my house and care for it well. I put all the rental income back into the house each year to make it special for my guest to be cosy when they are in it. So I hope if you rent it you will like it as much as I do.

There is a local bus that can take you into Wexford town. Also there is a train station about 10 minutes from the house - walking which can take you to Dublin, Dublin Airport by Train/Bus, Gorey etc and to Rosslare harbour.

House rules

No under 25 allowed rent the house. This is a NON SMOKING house/garden. There is internet in the house. But not suitable for streaming. A selection of videos are supplied. The garden is fully enclosed. Please use the cover for the cloths line when not in use. There is a house security deposit of €250 payable to the owner. This is refundable minus the electricity charge - the meter is read upon arrival and departure. The balance is returned to the to the guest within a week of departure or sooner

We stay here for a week , nice house and good location with everything you would need. Large garden as well , great for the kids. We would recommend it and will definitely be going back again
