Description

The property is located in one of the best areas of Marina di Ragusa, slightly elevated and immersed in a quiet and elegant atmosphere. The villa is 300 m away from the beach and close to the centre and lively atmosphere of the town, which is only a 10 min walk.

The villa has a huge private swimming pool and garden. It is equipped with air conditioning, as well as Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Private parking available.

The spacious veranda, the elegant pool with remote control system for chromatic light changes, and the large stone solarium will make your days as cool as possible.

The villa is located in the baroque area of Val di Noto, a UNESCO world heritage site. It is the ideal location to visit tourist sites both in the hinterlands and on the coastal areas. From Marina di Ragusa, you can reach the small towns of Scicli (12 km), Ibla (25 km), Modica (30 km), Noto (70 km), and all the places of Commisario Montalbano (the famous TV reproduction of the novels by Andrea Camilleri). It is also possible to organise one-day-trips to the Mount Etna (135 km) and to Valle dei Templi in Agrigento (140 km). Easy reachable, you can also visit Siracusa (106 km away) and Taormina (182 km away), famous for their Roman and Greek theatres.

In addition, the new and fitted tourist harbour of Marina di Ragusa is ideal for those who want to rent a boat. The Pozzallo harbour is also very close (32 km), offering a direct hydrofoil service to Malta Island.

The proximity of the villa to the two 18-hole golf courses of the Donnafugata Golf Resort (18 km) will enable you to nicely combine a holiday by the sea and your passion for golf.
