Description

The apt is located in the historic city centre of Florence, in the historic region of 'San Frediano'. From the house you can reach by foot all the important place of the city centre of Florence (Boboli garden 400 mts, Pitti Palace 500 mts, Ponte Vecchio 900 mts away from our property). If you don't want to go walking to the town, the bus stop is at only 50 mts from the house, the bus will carry you in the Florence's medieval town in 3'. The most elegant shopping streets in Florence, with stores selling antiques, jewelry, leather, linen, groceries, pastries, are all within easy walking distance. There is also a very big supermarket 300 mts away from the property.
The apartment is at the first floor of a beautiful building. The house is charming and elegant. The 2 bedrooms are very cozy and a great deal of attention to details was paid. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one living room with DVD Player, decoder for the international channels and a LCD TV, one independent fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. The apartment has two balconies on a quiet garden area. The two bedrooms and the living room has a very efficient AC unit. All the apartment has an high speed internet WIFI.
