Rocket penthouse is a fabulous luxury 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment .It is located in the iconic Rocket building on Headland road and is a matter of yards from the infamous Fistral beach. The lift brings you directly into this stunning penthouse which is finished to the highest specification and provides a breath taking panoramic sea view from the 360 degree balcony .All of the bedrooms boast a sea view ,with 3 of them enjoying a luxury en-suite bathroom,and having direct access to the balcony, via patio doors. It will boast the latest in indoor entertainment with a Smart 55" 3D TV and blu --ray and the latest PS4 gaming console. It is only a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre.

This will provide a fantastic base for families or couples sharing, to explore Newquay and the surrounding Cornish coastline.There is so much to do, by way of surfing and watersports with all 10 of Newquays beaches close by. Newquay also has plenty of activities for families to do with the Zoo, Aquarium, and various sports facilities such as golf and tennis. In addition to being a short drive to Watergate Bay and the Extreme academy ,not to mention the gastronomic delights of Jamie Olivers' , The Beach Hut and further along the coast in Padstow ,Rick Steins and Paul Ainsworth at No 6.

Dave is your contact if you have any problems and he is a 10 minute drive so very close-by. His phone number is on your information sheet . Entry is by keycode to the front door and then the keys are in the keysafe in the basement. Collect the keys which then slot into the lift which take you to the penthouse. All codes will be sent to you nearer your holiday date.
