Our comfortable family home consisting of 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms in the leafy eastern suburbs opposite Jubilee Park. The three bedrooms consist of 2 queen size beds and 1 single bed in the bedroom. In the dining room the sofa folds out to make other bed. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need; towels are supplied, so you only need bring your own personal items. Comes with a good size backyard for kids to enjoy.Our house is located close to the city yet far enough to be close to the Yarra Valley wine region and the Dandenong Ranges National Park; an area famous for it’s several short walks, including the very popular 1000 Steps. This is part of the Kokoda Memorial Track. We are also a short drive away from Sky High, Mt Dandenong, a place that has amazing views over Melbourne from the highest point in the Dandenongs. Healesville Sanctuary is a popular destination for viewing Australian wildlife in their natural surroundings.We are close to Eastland shopping centre, 2min walk to bus stop and close to public transport 2 minutes from Eastlink freeway. We are two minutes walk to the nearest bus stop, for the 901 Frankston- Airport bus that also takes you to Ringwood station, from where you can catch a train into the city. This takes about 40min off peak or less time during morning peak with express trains. If you have a hire car, you can drive on Eastlink tollway/ Eastern freeway to the city in only 30 minutes. If you would prefer catching a train into the city there is ample parking at Ringwood station. Eastland shopping centre is on the bus route that is ideal for all your shopping needs good restaurants and Hoyts cinema complex.There is ample free car parking.We have gas ducted heating thru out the house as well as reverse cycle air conditioner. We hope that you enjoy your stay at our non-smoking house (please smoke outdoors); we take great pride in ensuring that the property is clean and comfortable. Our only request is that you are respectful of our belongings and leave the property how you found it to avoid extra cleaning fees. Please be respectful and conscious of your impact on the neighbours and the environment.Free 4G WiFi internet for high speed surfing up to 150mbs with 20M bandwidth.
