Beautiful ocean view penthouse level condominium located in the Island Beach Club next to exclusive Casa Ybel Resort on upscale West Gulf Drive. 2 bedrooms with ensuite baths. (great for couples or families) Beautiful screened lanai with gorgeous ocean views. Fully appointed kitchen and laundry. Roomy and clean as a whistle. Walk to Casa Ybel Resort for dinner or drinks or maybe attend that wedding you weren't invited to. (Wink wink) Gorgeous pool and grounds. Friendly atmosphere. Sleeps four comfortably or six using sleep sofa which is located in the master bedroom. Complex is located on the world famous Sanibel bike path. Leave the crowds at Casa Ybel Resort. Getting around

Best way to see the sights is to rent a vehicle during your stay. Although Sanibel has great bike paths, you really would enjoy the area more with a rental car. Captiva is about 20 minute ride by car. I would not recommend riding a bike around the island at night.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Susan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
