Description

Some masterpieces hang in galleries. This one rises above the turquoise waters of Cape Marco. It’s called the Cozumel, an ultra-luxurious building within the exclusive, gated Cape Marco on the southern tip of Marco Island.

The 22nd floor of the Cozumel is where you’ll find this 3,000 square foot condo that sleeps eight, with three king beds, one sleeper sofa, and three bathrooms.

As with all true masterpieces, it inspires you in a multitude of ways. Step out onto the coral-hued marble of the room-sized balcony and look out at the streak of sunlight on the Caxambas Pass and the curving white sands of the crescent beach. Sit back on the futon chair beneath a carved stone fountain on the wall and marvel at the length of the balcony, how it seems to extend as long as shoreline below, with a sink at one end and table and chairs at the other.

Magnificent as the balcony is, it’s but one element of the masterpiece. The interior contains the ideal blend of exquisite furnishings and open air. The southwest exposure means the all-day sun decorates the marble floor with shadows of the finely carved lamps atop the tables.

A customized maple wood entertainment center built into the wall niche houses the big screen television, surrounded by shelves filled with ceramic artwork and lush plants. A wet bar quenches your thirst and overhead ceiling fans and air conditioning keep the space at the optimum temperature. The kitchen boasts a deluxe freestanding kitchen island with a sink and granite countertops and comes with all premium fixtures and appliances.

The bedrooms are filled with opulent touches worthy of a palace and provide sliding glass door access to the warm ocean winds and mesmerizing views of the balcony. The master bath features marble countertops, a bath tub, walk-in shower and a separate toilet/bidet area.

The countless amenities of the Cozumel add more detail to the masterpiece. A magnificent pool with hot tub looks out over the white sands below. Entertainment options and amenities surround you. Enjoy the billiards room, social room, grand salon, a multi-level fitness center with massage room overlooking the ocean, lighted tennis courts, and, just steps away, the most luxurious amenity of all, the miles of pristine beach.
