This complex is a two story building with only 14 condos, beautifully landscaped, with sophisticated charm and a casual beach atmosphere. The pictures of the beach and Ocean are taken from the condo, so what you see is what you get, direct beautiful Ocean views.The ground floor studio features a queen sized bed as well as a queen sofa bed.

Can accommodates 2 adults and 1 child. Just as a reminder, there is no privacy in a studio. A large walkout private patio with a table, 4 chairs and 2 chaise lounges allows you to enjoy the white sand beach and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Sip your beverage of choice as you enjoy the sunsets and the balmy breezes on your private patio which faces the aqua waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This is a condo that you will want to return to year after year. We take great pride in our property and hope you will too! We have no hidden costs, our rates are posted and the only additional fee to that is Florida State tax....sorry there is nothing we can do about that.We provide linen, bedding and towels for your entire stay…we are supporters of an eco-friendly environment, the conservation of water and approach the management of our unit adhering to those principles. We thank you for respecting our philosophy, and mother nature.

We offer the lowest rates in this resort (at least 10% to 40% less) compared to all the other units. Best rate is during the week, or for a week (special discount through owner only). I am discounting the specific dates because they are immediately before/after days when the unit is already booked.

If you need to cancel your reservation, we recommend you purchase a travel insurance if this is a concern or in the event of an illness or any circumstances beyond your control. Hope this helps.~

“HORRIBLE DO NOT BOOK”

Dirty pool, not heated as the site said, toilet ran and leaked, old ripped comforter on bed, drawers broken and hanging open, dirty yellow bath mat, owner of condo Christopher had no interest in resol… More

Response from the owner The resort is equipped with a heated pool. We advertised as such. Unfortunately, the heater pool pump had gone out, and the property management company that services the property, did not inform me or any other owners that it was out, but was arranging for parts to be sent in to fix it. It was fixed once the board and owners were made aware. We are not in control of mechanical issues, that is the responsibility of the property management. We offered a generous discount for guest, but she declined our offer. No refunds were offered by the property management to any other guests, and no complaints were lodged by any of the guests that were in the resort during that time. The condo was perfectly in order and the guest stayed her full week. Respectfully, Manager
