Beautifully landscaped, with sophisticated charm and a casual beach atmosphere. The pictures of the beach and Ocean are taken from the condo, so what you see is what you get.

We offer the lowest rates in this resort compared to all the other units and we as the owners do not charge any booking fee.

Our one bedroom condo is tastefully furnished, totally remodeled kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances and a beautiful granite countertop.

Unwind as you sit on your private balcony, enter from the living room or the bedroom. The sliding glass doors cover the entire wall, so you have direct views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. For your privacy, the unit is located on the second floor, has large sliding doors with a full view of the beach and gulf, wake up to the view and sound of the waves, the seagulls, and pelicans in the background.

The living room also has a queen sofa sleeper and 40 inch LCD flat screen TV. The kitchen has a granite counter top, and world class stainless steel appliances. The unit is fully renovated, tile throughout, warm and cozy, with large balcony and sliding doors covering the entire wall, so you can see the Gulf from any part of the condo.

The newly renovated heated pool is on the Gulf side.

This is the condo that you will want to return to year after year.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Christopher (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
