Description

Allow yourself a stay in this elegant space inspired in the classic style of this villa built in 1881, just 250 m from the golden gate of the Diocletian Palace.

With it's 90 mt2 and astonishing views of its gardens, the old town and a bit of sea, this apartment offers you very spacious rooms with high ceilings and lots, lots of sunlight.

The apartment is completely equipped with AC, Wi-fi, SAT and appliances. There are two rooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living room for a total of up to 5 guests.

Everything you need is within walking distance, including the beach, nature, public transit and historical highlights.

There is a big public parking 2 minutes walk from the apartment, where you can park for about 0,90 Eur per hour. There are also some free of charge parking places along the streets about 400-500 m from the building.

Cleaning fee is included in the price.
