Casa Viola B is a welcoming apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps two people. From Casa Viola B you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Viola B is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4.5 km (2.8 miles) from Cisternino, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Casa Viola B from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

It is open from mid-April until the beginning of October.
Patio
The patio is 240 square meters (2600 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. From the patio you will enjoy a wonderful view of the garden. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Garden
The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees. It is equipped with sun loungers. In the garden you will find a fenced children's playground. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The parking space is suitable for one car.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request -- please contact our staff in advance). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a double-glazed French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Mezzanine Level
In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it from the climbing 12 steps. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements).
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
