Beautiful, comfortable well-appointed cottage with full kitchen amenities situated directly over a magnificent waterfall in northern Vermont ~6 miles from Jay Peak Ski Resort. Dramatic views, uplifting, magical, inspiring environment. Restaurants and night life in gorgeous New England town down the street. Hike, Ski, Party, Canoe, Hot tub and Rest in a beautiful dramatic one-of-a-kind setting. Microwave, coffee maker, stove/oven, satellite TV, CD and DVD player. Free WIFI, Hulu, HBO, Netflix. Free evening chocolates and Free Breakfast fixings provided for all guests' first morning: organic eggs, bread, butter, fruit, coffee, cream etc. Very near nightlife and Jay Peak Ski and Golf Resort and Waterpark! This is not a wilderness location but the cabin is entirely private over the waterfall. Also, the non-electric wood-fired Japanese cedar soaker hot tub is available upon request, it is self serve, and it is not available when temperatures are in the teens or subzero; we provide all the firewood—takes a few hours to heat, after which, you’ll sleep like a baby. Great short hike upstream from the cottage and falls to swimming holes where you’ll feel like you’re swimming in a lord of the rings movie.

The cabin hangs over a waterfall and is located on a small residential road just off of the local town square. It sits across from the main house where we, the owners live. As a family business we work together to provide on site assistance with the hot tub (filling with 500 gallons of pure spring water, no chlorine; cleaning; maintenance), and are always available. The cabin itself is ENTIRELY PRIVATE, but this is not a wilderness location, and it is not entirely remote.
