The Moulin De Guinche has been completely refurbished to a very high standard; this included a new fitted kitchen, two en-suite bathrooms and two shower rooms, new king size and single beds and new furniture and appliances throughout.

This beautiful luxury villa has a large private and secure heated indoor swimming pool that's perfect for children, free WIFI and IPTV with thousands of channels including all SKY ones, and a sunbathing area facing the pool complete with a solar shower. There is a covered gazebo area if you prefer a little shade, with seating for 10 people and sun loungers if you prefer to enjoy the sun. It offers fantastic views over open countryside, has its own private lake stocked with fish and is set within 2 acres of beautifully maintained landscaped gardens, a private gated driveway with plenty of parking space, and a large terrace with a fountain and BBQ area with an outdoor fridge and seating with shade for all.

Set in a hamlet called “Ligne” and close to St Hermine which has a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, chemist & doctors, this modern villa is perfect for families or groups of friends wanting peace and seclusion and yet is close to amenities and within easy reach of the superb sandy beaches of the Vendee. Meet and greet service (upon request) with cleaning and linen changes included.

“Memories Made!”

We found this holiday home to be warm, comfortable & inviting. Very well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, much needed pool, to cool off in & fun with the fishing. Perfectly located for days out, Green Venice & Puy Du Fou, booking is advised & leave early for Puy Du Fou as there's so much to see, ideally you would want a 2 day ticket. There is a local English pub/restaurant & a local restaurant called Les Macis both in Saint Hermine.
