Description

This charming studio condo sleeps 2-6 people and has all the comforts necessary to make your stay in Yosemite National Park enjoyable.

The living room features a gas fireplace, satellite television, a DVD player, Wifi Internet and a pull-out queen sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove-top oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and cooking utensils. There are 2 bathrooms, one on each level. Upstairs in the open loft is your full size bed, bunk bed with 2 twins. You will also have a hillside view from your balcony, an electric grill and seating.

We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible while staying in your "home away from home", that's why we include so many wonderful amenities such as all your linens, towels, dishes, pots and pans, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, dish soap, hand soap, foil, plastic wrap, sandwich size zip lock baggies, trash bags, a full selection of spices, coffee, tea, sugars, hot chocolate, family games, movies for the DVD player and of course a blow dryer in each bathroom. Don't forget your luggage, groceries, shampoo & conditioner! Now you are all set for your fabulous vacation:)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
